Cheese Popcorn ( Finger Foods For Kids ) recipe | by Tarla Dalal

Make popcorn a little more delicious. Freshly popped corn, cheese and herbs tossed in together makes a surprisingly tasty snack. Children will enjoy this over a weekend cartoon movie; serve in cute paper buckets or cones. Yummy! these mini munchies are best consumed within a day.

Preparation Time:
Cooking Time:
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

3 tbsp oil
3/4 cup dry corn kernels
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp butter
1/4 cup cheddar cheese powder , readily available in the market
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add the corn and salt and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook on a very slow flame for approx. 4 to 5 minutes or till you hear the popping sound. When the corn stops popping, remove from the flame and open the lid of the pressure cooker (refer handy tip).
  3. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the cheese powder, chilli flakes and pepper, mix well and remove from the flame.
  4. Add the prepared popcorn and toss well.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.

Handy tip:
At step 2, do not put the gasket and whistle on the lid of the pressure cooker, to allow the steam to escape and avoid the popcorn from turning soggy.

SOLVING THE WRONG PROBLEM :p

One fine day, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route. No problems for the first few stops-a few people got on, a few got off, and things went generally well.

At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a guy got on. Six feet eight, built like a wrestler, arms hanging down to the ground. He glared at the driver and said, "Big John doesn't pay!" and sat down at the back.

Did I mention that the driver was five feet three, thin, and basically meek?
Well, he was. Naturally, he didn't argue with Big John, but he wasn't happy about it.

The next day the same thing happened-Big John got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down. And the next day, and the one after that, and so forth. This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Big John was taking advantage of him.

Finally he could stand it no longer. He signed up for body building courses, karate, judo, and all that good stuff. By the end of the summer, he had become quite strong; what's more, he felt really good about himself.

So on the next Monday, when Big John once again got on the bus and said, "Big John doesn't pay!," the driver stood up, glared back at the passenger, and screamed, "And why not?"

With a surprised look on his face, Big John replied, "Big John has a bus pass."

Be sure there is a problem in the first place before working hard to solve one.

THE FOUR WIVES

There was a rich merchant who had 4 wives. He loved the 4th wife the most and adorned her with rich robes and treated her to delicacies. He took great care of her and gave her nothing but the best.
He also loved the 3rd wife very much. He's very proud of her and always wanted to show off her to his friends. However, the merchant is always in great fear that she might run away with some other men.

He too, loved his 2nd wife. She is a very considerate person, always patient and in fact is the merchant's confidante. Whenever the merchant faced some problems, he always turned to his 2nd wife and she would always help him out and tide him through difficult times.

Now, the merchant's 1st wife is a very loyal partner and has made great contributions in maintaining his wealth and business as well as taking care of the household. However, the merchant did not love the first wife and although she loved him deeply, he hardly took notice of her.

One day, the merchant fell ill. Before long, he knew that he was going to die soon. He thought of his luxurious life and told himself, "Now I have 4 wives with me. But when I die, I'll be alone. How lonely I'll be!"

Thus, he asked the 4th wife, "I loved you most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?" "No way!" replied the 4th wife and she walked away without another word. The answer cut like a sharp knife right into the merchant's heart.

The sad merchant then asked the 3rd wife, "I have loved you so much for all my life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?" "No!" replied the 3rd wife. "Life is so good over here! I'm going to remarry when you die!" The merchant's heart sank and turned cold.
He then asked the 2nd wife, "I always turned to you for help and you've always helped me out. Now I need your help again. When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?" "I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!" replied the 2nd wife. "At the very most, I can only send you to your grave." The answer came like a bolt of thunder and the merchant was devastated.

Then a voice called out : "I'll leave with you. I'll follow you no matter where you go." The merchant looked up and there was his first wife. She was so skinny, almost like she suffered from malnutrition. Greatly grieved, the merchant said, "I should have taken much better care of you while I could have !"

Actually, we all have 4 wives in our lives

a. The 4th wife is our body. No matter how much time and effort we lavish in making it look good, it'll leave us when we die.

b. Our 3rd wife ? Our possessions, status and wealth. When we die, they all go to others.

c. The 2nd wife is our family and friends. No matter how close they had been there for us when we're alive, the furthest they can stay by us is up to the grave.

d. The 1st wife is in fact our soul, often neglected in our pursuit of material, wealth and sensual pleasure.

Guess what? It is actually the only thing that follows us wherever we go. Perhaps it's a good idea to cultivate and strengthen it now rather than to wait until we're on our deathbed to lament.

A HEART TOUCHING STORY…

Dear Friends,
Here is beautiful story that touched my heart, trust you will enjoy reading it and then practice it .. toooo.
After 21 years of marriage, my wife wanted me to take
another woman out to dinner and a movie. She said I
love you but I know this other woman loves you and
would love to spend some time with you.
The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit was my
MOTHER, who has been a widow for 19 years, but the
demands of my work and my three children had made it
possible to visit her only occasionally.
That night I called to invite her to go out for dinner
and a movie.
"What's wrong, are you well," she asked? My mother is
the type of woman who suspects that a late night call
or a surprise invitation is a sign of bad news.
"I thought that it would be pleasant to be with you," I
responded. "Just the two of us."
She thought about it for a moment! , and then said, "I
would like that very much."
That Friday after work, as I drove over to pick her up
I was a bit nervous. When I arrived at her house, I
noticed that she, too, seemed to be nervous about our
date. She waited in the door with her coat on. She had
curled her hair and was wearing the dress that she had
worn to celebrate her last wedding anniversary.
She smiled from a face that was as radiant as an
angel's.
"I told my friends that I was going to go out with my
son, and they were impressed, "she said, as she got
into the car. "They can't wait to hear about our
meeting". We went to a restaurant that, although not
elegant, was very nice and cosy. My mother took my
arm as if she were the First Lady. After we sat down,
I had to read the menu. Half way through
the entries, I lifted my eyes and saw Mom sitting
there staring at me. A nostalgic smile was on her lips
"It was I who used to have to read the menu when you
were small," she said.
"Then it's time that you relax and let me return the
favour," I responded.
During the dinner, we had an agreeable conversation -
nothing extraordinary, but catching up on recent
events of each other's life. We talked so much that we
missed the movie.
As we arrived at her house later, she said, "I'll go
out with you again, but only if you let me invite
you." I agreed.
"How was your dinner date?" asked my wife when I got
home. "Very nice. Much more so than I could have
imagined," I answered.
A few days later, my mother died of a massive heart
attack. It happened so suddenly that I did not get to do
anything for her.
Some time later, I received an envelope with a copy
of a restaurant receipt from the same place mother and
I had dined.
An attached note said: "I paid this bill in advance. I
wasn't sure that I could be there; but nevertheless, I
paid for two plates - one for you and the other for
your wife. You will never know what that night meant
for me. I love you, son."
At that moment, I understood the importance of saying
in time: "I LOVE YOU!" and to give our loved ones the
time that they deserve. Nothing in life is more
important than God and your family. Give them the
time they deserve, because these things cannot be put
off till "some other time."
Pass this along to everyone with an aging parent, to a
child, to an adult, to anyone with a parent.
"Please do not take people you LOVE for Granted" .. it is said that people we love the most .. we hurt the most. Lets change this. NOW.
Here's wishing your today is better than yesterday and tomorrow.
Wish you all the Love.

DIVORCE VS. MURDER

A nice, calm and respectable lady went into the pharmacy, walked up to the pharmacist, looked straight into his eyes, and said, "I would like to buy some cyanide."

The pharmacist asked, "Why in the world do you need cyanide?"

The lady replied, "I need it to poison my husband."

The pharmacist's eyes got big and he explained, "Lord have mercy!

I can't give you cyanide to kill your husband, that's against the law?

I'll lose my licence! They'll throw both of us in jail! All kinds of bad things will happen. Absolutely not! You CANNOT have any cyanide!

The lady reached into her purse and pulled out a picture of her husband in bed with the pharmacist's wife.

The pharmacist looked at the picture and replied, "My dear lady, you didn't tell me you had a prescription!"

GOD CREATED MAN…

God created the donkey

and said to him.
"You will be a donkey. You will work un-tiringly from sunrise to sunset
carrying burdens on your back. You will eat grass,
you will have no intelligence and you will live
50 years."
The donkey answered:

"I will be a donkey, but to live
50years is much. Give me only 20years"
God granted his wish.

.....................................................................

God created the dog
and said to him:
"You will guard the house of man. You will be his best Friend.
You will eat the scraps that he gives you and
you will live
30years.
You will be a dog. "

The dog answered:

"Sir, to live
30years is too much,give me only15 years.
" God granted his wish.
.......................................................................
God created the monkey

and said to him:
"You will be a monkey. You will swing from branch to branch doing tricks.
You will be amusing and you will live

20
years. "
The monkey
answered:

"To live
20years is too much, give me only 10years."
God granted his wish.

.....................................................................

Finally God created man....

and said to him:
"You will be man, the only rational creature on the face of the earth.
You will use your intelligence to become master over all the animals.
You will dominate the world and you will live
20years."
Man responded:

"Sir, I will be a man but to live only

20
years is very little,
give me the
30years that the donkey refused,
the
15years that the dog did not want and
the
10years the monkey refused.
" God granted man's wish .................................................................

And since then, man lives

20
years as a man ,
marries and spends

30
years like a donkey,
working and carrying all the burdens on his back.

Then when his children are grown,
he lives 15
years like a dog taking care of the house
and eating whatever is given to him,

so that when he is old,
he can retire and live
10years like a monkey,
going from house to house and from one son or
daughter to another doing tricks to amuse his grandchildren.

That's Life.

WHEN I NEGOTIATED WITH GOD

God came and asked me for a wish, I told GOD “Let all my friends be healthy and happy forever!"
GOD said: But for 4 days only!
I said: Yes, let them be a Spring Day, Summer Day, Autumn Day, and Winter Day.
GOD said: 3 days...
I said: Yes, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.
GOD said: No, 2 days!
I said: Yes, a Bright Day (Daytime) and Dark Day (Night-time) .
GOD said: No, just 1 day!
I said: Yes!
GOD asked: Which day?
I said: Every Day in the living years of all my friends!

GOD laughed, and said: You know how to negotiate. But since you are praying and asking happiness for your friends, I can't refuse. I love everyone who thinks of others first, so don't you worry.

Below are the Interview Questions, which were asked in HR Round.....

No one will GET second chance to impress....

Very very Impressive Questions and Answers..... ...

Question 1:

You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night, it's raining heavily, when suddenly you pass by a bus stop, and you see

three people waiting for a bus:

An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.

An old friend who once saved your life.

The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing very well that there could only be one passenger in your car?

This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once     actually used as part of a job application.

* You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first;

* or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and

this would be the perfect chance to! pay him back.

* However, you may never be able to find your perfect mate again.

The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble coming up with his answer. Guess what was his answer?

He simply answered:

"I would give the car keys to my Old friend and let him take the lady to the hospital. I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the partner of my dreams."

Sometimes, we gain more if we are able to give up our stubborn thought limitations. Never forget to "Think Outside of the Box."

Question 2:

What will you do if I run away with your sister?"

The candidate who was selected answered " I will not get a better match for my sister than you sir"

Question 3:

Interviewer (to a student girl candidate) - What is one morning you woke up & found that you were pregnant.

Girl - I will be very excited and take an off, to celebrate with my husband.

Normally an unmarried girl will be shocked to hear this, but she managed it well. Why I should think it in the wrong way, she said later when asked

Candidate: Instantly replied "Tea"

He got selected.

You know how and why did he say "TEA" when he knows very well that coffee

was kept before.

(Answer: The question was "What is before you (U - alphabet) Reply was

"TEA" ( T - alphabet)

Alphabet "T" was before Alphabet "U"

Question 5:

Where Lord Rama would have celebrated his "First Diwali"?

People will start thinking of Ayodya, Mitila [Janaki's place], Lanka etc...

Question 6:

The interviewer asked to the candidate "This is your last question of the interview. Please tell me the exact position of the centre of this table where u have kept your files."

Candidate confidently put one of his finger at some point at the table and told that this was the central point at the table.

Interviewer asked how did u get to know that this being the central point of this table, then he answers quickly that

"sir you are not likely to ask any more question, as it was the last question that you promised to ask....."

And hence, he was selected because of his quick-wittedness. .......

THE CLUB 99……

Once upon a time, there lived a King who, despite his luxurious
lifestyle,was neither happy nor content.
One day, the King came upon a servant who was singing happily while he worked.
This fascinated the King; why was he, the Supreme Ruler of the Land,
unhappy and gloomy, while a lowly servant had so much joy.

The King asked the servant, "Why are you so happy?
"The man replied, "Your Majesty, I am nothing but a servant, but my
family and I don't need too much - just a roof over our heads and warm
food to fill our tummies.
"The king was not satisfied with that reply. Later in the day, he
sought the advice of his most trusted advisor.
After hearing the King's woes and the servant's story, the advisor said,
"Your Majesty, I believe that the servant has not been made part of The 99 Club.
""The 99 Club? And what exactly is that?" the King inquired.

The advisor replied, "Your Majesty, to truly know what The 99 Club
is,place 99 Gold coins in a bag and leave it at this servant's
doorstep.
"When the servant saw the bag, he took it into his house.
When he opened the bag, he let out a great shout of joy... so many gold coins!
He began to count them. After several counts, he was at last convinced
that there were 99 coins.

He wondered, "What could've happened to that last gold coin?
Surely, no one would leave 99 coins!"He looked everywhere he could,
but that final coin was elusive.

Finally, exhausted, he decided that he was going to have to work
harder than ever to earn that gold coin and complete his collection.
From that day, the servant's life was changed.

He was overworked, horribly grumpy, and castigated his family for not
helping him make that 100th gold coin.

He stopped singing while he worked. Witnessing this drastic
transformation, the King was puzzled.

When he sought his advisor's help, the advisor said, "Your Majesty,
the servant has now officially joined The 99 Club.

"He continued, "The 99 Club is a name given to those people who have
enough to be happy but are never contented, because they're always
yearning and striving for that extra 1 telling to themselves: "Let me
get that one final thing and then I will be happy for life.

"We can be happy, even with very little in our lives, but the minute
we're given something bigger and better, we want even more!

We lose our sleep, our happiness, we hurt the people around us; all
these as a price for our growing needs and desires.

That's what joining The 99 Club is all about."

Wish you are not part of club 99

RIGHT OR WRONG…..DECIDE IN YOUR LIFE WHICH WAY YOU WANT TO GO ON……

HERE ARE TWO STORIES….

STORY 1……

Many years ago, Al Capone virtually owned Chicago.Capone wasn't
famous for anything heroic. He was notorious for enmeshing the windy
city in everything from bootlegged booze and prostitution to murder.

Capone had a lawyer nicknamed 'Easy Eddie.' He was his lawyer for a
good reason. Eddie was very good! In fact, Eddie's skill at legal
manoeuvring kept Big Al out of jail for a long time
To show his appreciation, Capone paid him very well. Not only was the
money big, but also, Eddie got special dividends. For instance, he and
his family occupied a fenced-in mansion with live-in help and all of
the conveniences of the day. The estate was so large that it filled an
entire Chicago City block. Eddie lived the high life of the Chicago
mob and gave little consideration to the atrocity that went on around
him.

Eddie did have one soft spot, however. He had a son that he loved
dearly. Eddie saw to it that his young son had clothes, cars, and a
good education. Nothing was withheld. Price was no object. And,
despite his involvement with organized crime,
Eddie even tried to teach him right from wrong. Eddie wanted his son
to be a better man than he was. Yet, with all his wealth and
influence, there were two things he couldn't give his son; he couldn't
pass on a good name or a good example.

One day, Easy Eddie reached a difficult decision. Easy Eddie wanted to
rectify wrongs he had done. He decided he would go to the authorities
and tell the truth about Al 'Scarface' Capone, clean up his tarnished
name, and offer his son some semblance of integrity. To do this, he
would have to testify against The Mob, and he knew that the cost would
be great!

So, he testified. Within the year, Easy Eddie's life ended in a blaze
of gunfire on a lonely Chicago Street . But in his eyes, he had given
his son the greatest gift he had to offer, at the greatest price he
could ever pay. Police removed from his pockets a rosary, a crucifix,
a religious medallion, and a poem clipped from a magazine.

The poem read:
The clock of life is wound but once,
And no man has the power
To tell just when the hands will stop
At late or early hour.
Now is the only time you own.
Live, love, toil with a will.
Place no faith in time. For the clock may soon be still.

STORY NUMBER TWO

World War II produced many heroes. One such man was Lieutenant
Commander Butch O'Hare.

He was a fighter pilot assigned to the aircraft carrier Lexington in
the South Pacific. One day his entire squadron was sent on a mission.
After he was airborne, he looked at his fuel gage and realized that
someone had forgotten to top off his fuel tank. He would not have
enough fuel to complete his mission and get back to his ship.

His flight leader told him to return to the carrier. Reluctantly, he
dropped out of formation and headed back to the fleet. As he was
returning to the mother ship he saw something that turned his blood
cold: a squadron of Japanese aircraft were speeding their way toward
the American fleet. The American fighters were gone on a sortie, and
the fleet was all but defenceless. He couldn't reach his squadron and
bring them back in time to save the fleet. Nor could he warn the fleet
of the approaching danger. There was only one thing to do.

H e must somehow divert them from the fleet. Laying aside all thoughts
of personal safety, he dove into the formation of Japanese planes.
Wing-mounted 50 calibre's blazed as he charged in, attacking one
surprised enemy plane and then another. Butch wove in and out of the
now broken formation and fired at as many planes as possible until all
his ammunition was finally spent. Undaunted, he continued the assault.
He dove at the planes, trying to clip a wing or tail in hopes of
damaging as many enemy planes as possible and rendering them unfit to
fly.

Finally, the exasperated Japanese squadron took off in another
direction. Deeply relieved, Butch O'Hare and his tattered fighter
limped back to the carrier. Upon arrival, he reported in and related
the event surrounding his return. The film from the gun-camera mounted
on his plane told the tale. It showed the extent of Butch's daring
attempt to protect his fleet. He had, in fact, destroyed five enemy
aircraft.

This took place on February 20, 1942, and for that action Butch became
the Navy's first Ace of W.W.II, and the first Naval Aviator to win the
Medal of Honour.

A year later Butch was killed in aerial combat at the age of 29.

His home town would not allow the memory of this WW - II hero to fade,
and today, O'Hare Airport in Chicago is named in tribute to the
courage of this great man.

So, the next time you find yourself at O'Hare International, give some
thought to visiting Butch's memorial displaying his statue and his
Medal of Honour. It's located between Terminals 1 and 2.

True Love…

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his
80's, arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb.
He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am.
I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would beover an hour before someone would be able to see him.
I saw him looking at his watch, and decided, since I was not busywith another patient, I would evaluate his wound.
On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, gotthe needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.
While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had anotherdoctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry.
The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing hometo eat breakfast with his wife.
I inquired as to her health; he told me that she had been there fora while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's Disease.
As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.
He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had notrecognized him in five years now.
I was surprised, and asked him, 'And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are'?
He smiled as he patted my hand and said, 'She doesn't know me, butI still know who she is'.
I had to hold back tears as he left; I had goose bumps on my arm,and thought, 'That is the kind of love I want in my life'.
True love is neither physical, nor romantic. True love is anacceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.
With all the jokes and fun that are in e-mails, sometimes there isone that comes along that has an important message.
This one I thought I could share with you.
The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything;they just make the best of everything they have.
I hope you share this with someone you care about. I just did.
'Life isn't about how to survive the storm,But how to dance in the rain.

PRICELESS WORDS …..

A husband wakes up at home with a huge hangover.
He forces himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees
is a couple of aspirins and a glass of water on the side table.
He sits down and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and
pressed. He looks around the room and sees that
it is in perfect order, spotless, clean. So is the rest of the house.
He takes the aspirins and notices a note on the table.
"Honey, breakfast is on the table, I left early to go grocery shopping.
Love You!"

Totally shocked with the note , he goes to the kitchen and
sure enough there is a hot breakfast and the morning newspaper.
His son is also at the table, eating. He asks, "Son, what happened last night?"
His son says, "Well, you came home around 3 AM, drunk and delirious.
Broke some crockery, puked in the hall, and gave yourself a black eye
when you stumbled into the door". Confused, the man asks,
"So, why is everything in order and so clean, and
breakfast is on the table waiting for me?
I should expect a big quarrel with her!"
His son replies, "Oh, that! Mom dragged you to the bedroom,
and when she tried to take your clothes and shoes off,
you said,
"LADY LEAVE ME ALONE! I'M MARRIED!"
Moral
Self-induced hangover - $ 400.00
Broken crockery - $ 800.00

HEAVEN ON EARTH…

An American decided to write a book about famous churches around the
World.

So he bought a plane ticket and took a trip to China .

On his first day he was inside a church taking photographs when he
Noticed a golden telephone mounted on the wall with a sign that read "$10,000 per call".

The American, being intrigued, asked a priest who was strolling by what The telephone was used for.

The priest replied that it was a direct line to heaven and that for
$10,000 you could talk to God.

The American thanked the priest and went along his way.

Next stop was in Japan . There, at a very large cathedral, he saw the Same golden telephone with the same sign under it.

He wondered if this was the same kind of telephone he saw in China and He asked a nearby nun what its purpose was.

She told him that it was a direct line to heaven and that for $10,000
He Could talk to God.

"O.K., thank you," said the American.

He then travelled to Pakistan , Sri Lanka , Russia , Germany and France .

In every church he saw the same golden telephone with the same "$10,000
Per call" sign under it.
The American, upon leaving Vermont decided to travel to up to India to See if Indians had the same phone.

He arrived in India , and again, in the first church he entered, there Was the same golden telephone, but this s time the sign under it read
"One Rupee per call."

The American was
surprised so he asked the priest about the sign.
"Father, I've travelled all over World and I've seen this same golden
Telephone in many churches. I'm told that it is a direct line to
Heaven, But in rest of the world price was $10,000 per call.

Why is it so cheap here?"

NEVER GIVE UP…….

One day I decided to quit...
I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality... I wanted to quit my life.
I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.
"God", I asked, "Can you give me one good reason not to quit?"
His answer surprised me...
"Look around", He said. "Do you see the fern and the bamboo?"
"Yes", I replied.
"When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care
of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew
from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing
came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.
In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And
again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the
bamboo ," He said.

"In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I
would not quit.. In year four, again, there was nothing from the
bamboo seed. I would not quit." He said.

"Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared
to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant...But just 6
months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the
five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what
it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge
it could not handle."

He asked me.. "Did you know, my child, that all this time you have
been struggling, you have actually been growing roots. I would not
quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you. Don't compare yourself
to others ," He said.

"The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern.
Yet they both make the forest beautiful. Your time will come , " God
said to me.. "You will rise high . "

"How high should I rise?" I asked.

"How high will the bamboo rise?" He asked in return.

"As high as it can?" I questioned.

"Yes." He said, "Give me glory by rising as high as you can."

I left the forest and brought back this story. I hope these words can
help you see that God will never give up on you.
Never, Never, Never Give up.

For the Christian Prayer is not an option but an opportunity. Don't
tell the Lord how big the problem is,
tell the problem how Great the Lord is!

Heavens door open this morning, God asked me...

"My CHILD, what can I do for you?"
And I said, "Daddy, please protect and bless the one reading this message."
God smiled and answered, "Request granted."

You never know when GOD is going to bless you!! Good things happen
